  They are very knowledgeable. But the price point is high. I brought my bike in for a tune up and it's $70 but that doesn't include tax. Then I needed my brakes fixed so there was a labor free plus parts. The total comes to over $100. I bought my bike for $400 2 years a go. It seems ridiculous that the cost to tune up and fix is a quarter of how much I paid to buy it. I think $70 would be ok if it was tax included.

  Three things, knowledge, variety and services. Needed a bike commute to work. I spoke to two staffs in two different times and they both are very knowledgeable about the bikes and they can tell me what I want. And they have so many different kinds that I didn't know what to chose, so they helped me to cleared out the path and find me the best one. After the purchase they told me how to maintain the bike and suggested me do the tune up from time to time, which is actually free because i bought my bike there. Very good purchase.

  thanks bike depot getting me a nice road bike Allez. the staff were very patient, there were plenty of options for me to choose, and the staff took time to explain the difference, and suggested what would be best for me at the moment. some staffs were young but they were genuinely trying to help. i spent a bit more than i planned, but i believe it will be a purchase for a long term.

  Thanks Aarif for hooking us up with great deals on our bikes. Shop is kid friendly (younger one riding around at the Pickering store) while my son and I test drove our bikes. Recommend for those looking for a bike for growing kids, or a nice bike for the parents
