  I reserved a car from discount on woodbine and just randomly decided to read the reviews before picking up the car... After reading all 1 star and negative comments I searched more places and this location seems to have gotten the best reviews. I never rented from here yet but my mom always says the staff are super nice and friendly. So I am excited to meet the staff more than to rent the car. Cheers

  I got deal through Costco and booked it Budget car rental. It was great experience. 189$ for 7 days. Guy was very accommodating when I was late for returning. Excellent customer Service. Will book again.

  The manager Dan has really poor personal skills and didn't deal with any of our issues with the rental. The ramp on the truck was broken, the cabin smelled of cigarettes, there was mud everywhere. I would never rent from Budget again.

  Don't use this location ever. First they offered me insurance and never told me how much would it cost and actually the price was 85 dollars per day. After that, when i booked the truck they told me the truck gas tank has exits on both sides and the didn't explain that it should be filled from both sides cause it's actually with two tanks. When I finished my moving I went to the gas station and filled it up with 15 liters of diesel (I drove 176 km) and I didn't know how much it should consume. When I arrived at the location they told me that nozzle doesn't have to be put in till the end when filling the tank, and I should fill it from both sides (what wasn't mentioned at the booking). I ended up with next numbers (advertised 110 dollars per day, Invoice was showing 213 and ended up being charged 313). P.S. Forgot to mention that the guy who presented me the truck didn't show how much gas is in the tank, also he told me to use letter D ONLY and when I went on highway the engine was revving. When i switched to 0D the engine started to work at normal RPMs. Please be careful with these guys even if you're taking a truck from them, cause it look that they're messing it up with everyone on GAS. Also they advertise in store that they will charge 3.26/l in case if you don't fill it up, so I'm pretty sure they doing this with every single customer.
