  Personally, I think that you have made a very bad business decision to have shrunk your sizing and and ignore those of us who are more "full figure". Any chance this will change in the future? In the past, I have been able to find clothing at your store in my size.

  Always great discounts and a great selection of outer wear. In the times that the clothes does not fit, the manager will order the correct size for you to try on.

  Yesterday I went shopping for clothing at Eddie Bauer's. It had been a few years since I had last shopped there. I was very disappointed to find that I can no longer shop there as nothing fit. The size XL was extremely small, more like a size 12, maybe. When did their sizing change (my body is still the same shape, by the way)? I guess that they are now catering to people in the medium to extra small range.

  P.S. Your sales clerks were very kind and apologetic. They said to write to you and let you know about this problem as they have had lots of similar comments from other customer's this winter.
