  Terrible service long delays in wait times and appointment bookings take several weeks. The so called Genius Bar is a total disappointment. Staff are robotic and basically read off manuals.

  My FAVOURITE place in Markville. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Never an issue here and their return policy is wonderful. You pay for what you get so pricing may appear to be higher but the value of the purchase is well worth that price. Never had a bad product.

  Honestly been an iPhone fan since the inception, I find iPhone has lost all its quality build and are just putting out garbage now, I currently one of two iPhones with Apple, it’s now January and my battery on the iPhone 6 is giving issues with the battery. They tell me the battery won’t be available till late March to April. Are you kidding me?? Your stocks are dropping, your loyal customers are depleting. Your iPhone X was a fail. Apple has lost 50 billion dollars on a fail iPhone X. I wil not be a return loyal customer. I suggest future customers to reconsider any iPhone purchases. iPhone is not what it use to be and we must show Apple that the customer is what makes the product work.

  The worse experience EVER!!! Won't buying apple products anymore, the problem should easily fixed, but since their attitude so bad, I won't fix this problem anymore, changed to another phone seems like the better way! Thank you APPLE! You make your my life experience more imaginable!!! If their have zero star, I would give to them!

  Apple products are expensive and customer service is horrendous. Apple needs to make serious improvements or lose customers.

  Too often my money is thrown at the products this store sells. Regardless, I’ve had some of the best customer service experiences ever in a technology store. Reliable and premium are my impressions of this specific Apple store
