  My recent trip in this Best Buy kind of surprised me most of the time the sales staff don't really pay much attention to you but during my forray in the computer Department we were stopped every 10 minutes by three different sales person in the computer to explain and to help in the purchase.

  Sometimes hard to find people to ask question. And sometime got really friendly staff and get great discount. Well. Large chain store. So. Don't expect too much. Try your luck.

  On 2 separate occasions (Dec 30/17 & Dec 31/17) I requested a price match vs Canada Computers. After the 2 separate associates finally agreed to match the price on the same item, they both rang prices that excluded the 10% difference to my purchases. On both occasions I had to get the associate to adjust the price to subtract the "10% of the difference" by pointing out that they did not honour the Best Buy policy. This could have been 2 errors, but it's such a well known policy that one has to wonder if they hoped buyers wouldn't notice or wouldn't go back for small amounts. Once is an error, twice is something else.

  The store employees were very professional and caring but it doesn't help them too if the items to sell are not available to make the sale.

  I also do like the fact that they're the only store outside of Apple Store that actually sells Apple products. Sometimes discounted too.

  There's not a lot of stock or product diversity. As well, when things are out of stock they forget to take it off the rack. Ex. I stood in line for 10 minutes to bring an empty ps4 game case to the counter so they could grab me the actual disc in the case and buy it. The cashier took one look at it and said "Oh. We don't have that anymore." in the most monotonous, life-depleted voice. I mean, I guess it's not your fault since you're just a cashier but at least sound a little apologetic in place for the crappy employee that didn't do their job.

  I'm not saying it's a bad change just surprised. Or maybe it was just in that department .
