  Had the pleasure of working with David at the store to help my dad purchase a new sofa and recliners. David was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different features for each piece and made sure my dad tried many different styles to find the right one for him! We left to get measurements and room pictures and I sent them to the David. When we returned to the store, David had several renderings of the room made to scale, really helping to visualize what the new pieces would look like! Great service!

  Our salesman Steve was excellent. He was very friendly not pushy and extremely knowledgeable of all the sofas we were looking at. Because of him it made it easier for me and my wife to find the sofas we were looking for. Great job Steve.

  I found the sale representative informed and very helpful. He did not pressure us, David, the rep, was able to answer our questions about the products we looked at and explained clearly our options in regards to model, fabric type, etc.

  We recently purchased a sectional couch from the La-Z-Boy store in Markham.(HWY 7 & Woodbine). Nov/17We were introduced to Dave Ross(Salesman).He was great. I would highly recommend you to seek out Dave when your ready to purchase furniture from the store. His laid back approach(not pushy about a sale),knowledge and professionalism left me very impressed.and I should mention easy to talk to.I visited the store 3 times before I mad my purchase and not once felt any pressure to buy.Delivery guys were excellent too!

  A while after we finalized our order, I had to contact David to make some changes. He replied to me almost immediately and the changes were quickly made. I am very satisfied with my interactions with David.

  Great shopping experience at the Lazy Boy Markham store. Our sales rep David was very knowledgeable as well as extremely customer friendly. He left my wife and myself alone (unlike the other furniture stores we visited) and was extremely helpful when his expertise was required. Kudos to the staff and I would highly recommend a visit to the store if you are looking for a quality product and great customer service.
