    The first time purchase is good with Mobilia (that’s the reason I gave 3 stars rather than 1), sales is nice, the delivery is on time, the delivery man is nice, everything is good, so we went again to purchase more furnitures, BUT THE SECOND TIME SUCKS. We purchased furnitures in early December, all of the furnitures are in stock, so the sales told us the delivery will be one week after. We wait until mid January and no one ever called us to arrange the delivery. We have to call and on the phone the staff checked and found our order was forgotten entirely!!! The delivery was arranged after we called three times, and the delivery man is kind of rude to us. To be honest, next time I’ll try other furniture stores. It’s not a good experience.

    Great experience overall with purchase and after-sales customer service. The assistant manager Megan was very professional and knows her material very well. I told her my purpose of coming into the showroom and she took care of the rest. As she finished up with the invoice adjustments, I walked out completely satisfied. Giving it a 10/10 experience.

    Right now, I don't know what to do, it appears none of the employees is willing to help out. As customer, I don't want the blame game, I just want to get my furniture. We were expecting something nice for Christmas, but Mobilia failed to deliver.

    We ordered a bed and night stand over a month ago. We spent over 2.2 k on the purchases under the name of both employee E and C, and employee E told me that it will be received in a month. However, a month has passed, and I didn't receive any calls on the delivery date. So I called in Mobilia and asked employee E to confirm, she informed me that the requested delivery week is not the actual delivery week (which is confusing), and she passed the phone to employee C and apparently "ran away" from employee C, which then employee C informed me that all furniture are in stock and employee E didn't even set up a schedule for delivery. I was upset that employee basically lied to the customer. Although I was a bit flustered, I stated whether it would be possible to sort it out the problem. She said it employee E was supposed to setup the appointment, however, she was agreeable and willing to send an email to the manager. However, I have been waiting for days, and employee C failed to return the call, so I had to call back. Then employee C made bunch of excuses with either: the manager was busy; the manager didn't reply her email; I just got to work, I am busy....etc. While she promised me to call me back in 15-20 min, I'm still waiting for her call.....

    I purchased a large dining room table that was delivered January 9th, 2018. It is a beautiful piece that has been an absolute nightmare for me. Within 24 hours following initial delivery I was sitting in my living room when I heard a huge cracking sound and the ping of metal. When I inspected the table there was a shift in one of the legs attached to the very heavy table top. I immediately contacted the store sales person and was directed to the mobila warehouse to book a technician appointment. Let me say, that the sales team in store has been responsive as well as the technicians being very polite and professional at each visit. The issue here is the actual warehouse and the customer service reps at head office. Following the technicians inspection he suggested talking to the warehouse and ordering a new table top replacement. After waiting 3 weeks and specifically ordering a TABLE TOP replacement we have stayed for a 3rd delivery window just to have the delivery team show up with 2 sets of legs. This company is absolutely ridiculous, has wasted my time and offered zero compensation for the hassle and terrible customer service their warehouse team has provided. Despite the beautiful furniture, I would not recommend this store to anyone shopping for furniture.
