  Can be hard to find assistance at times but generally they are very good. Not one of the bigger locations but I’ve found what I need. Nice sakes now and then. Love the garden section.

  I had an excellent experience. Thank you very much Nick and a gentleman in the tools department for taking your time to cut the Door Sweep with Rain Deflector into half. Nick and other staff was very nice to walk around to find the right Chandelier Light Bulbs for me. Nick also tried to save me money with the 4 coupons by asking the other person at the counter. I couldn't use it because that person gave me the wrong coupons.

  We had an excellent experience. The staff in the store are all extremely friendly and all helpful. We where going to purchase a hot water tank they recommended we have a specialist visit our home for 40 dollars. Best 40 bucks I ever spent, the person came to our house very well presented and a genuinely nice guy. Told us that a new tank wasn't required and that the tank was fine and could easily be repaired for a fraction of the cost. The person was 100% right and acted in our best interest. I was very happy with the result and would never do anything again without consulting home depot after this experience.

  Horrible customer service. Waited for 20 minutes for someone in seasonal to show up. Walked back to the customer service counter and had to interrupt two employees who were chatting. Felt like I was bothering them. Asked about cutting the bottom of the tree and Nadia in customer service looked at me like i was an idiot and said she didnt think they did that when i know they do. They begrudgingly paged someone who didn't show up. The kids and I walked back up front and left the tree on the cutting platform. I asked Nadia where the seasonal employee was. She stood up and told me he was busy with someone else but would be there afterwards. Too bad as we had bought our tree there for the last 3 years. Nadia should be in anything else besides customer service. We left and went to Lowes. Better selection and $10 cheaper to boot. Nice young man helped us willingly and cut and bagged the tree.

  I had some electrical questions and was serviced by a man named Ross who was exceptionally well informed and helpful. I'm very grateful to have walked away with a better understanding of how to approach my home repair problem ... thanks Ross!
