  I was hospitalized here in 1999, the nurses and the doctors are the best in Canada. They literally saved my life. Chaplain Don is probably the nicest chaplain you will ever meet. Their meditation room is a quiet place, where you can pray. Probably the best gift shop you will go to, it's not that big, but the atmosphere is always super inspiring and supportive.

  The ER here is amazingly quick. They had my daughter admitted and the pediatric ward is wonderful. They even have a family room for my other kid. This is as good an experience one can get when visiting a hospital.

  Wait times are considerably long. Came in the emergency at 3am due to a dental abuse cause substantial pain. Had to wait 3 hours with only 20 people admitted. Staff were what expected professional and well trained

  I would give it a negative rating if I could. The nurses there are extremely rude and arrogant. I understand the frustration of having to work on a weekend but this is the career you chose and I am sure you are well compensated for that, considering how expensive the parking is. My son was running a fever and we waited for three hours(!) to spend five minutes with the doctor, who was very kind and compassionate. The nurse, on the other hand, rushed in, without giving us any explanation, stuffed a white pill into my boy’s mouth. This is extremely unprofessional!! This should not be the kind of service and altitude we taxpayers are paying for and I hope medical education/training could pay more attention on ethics.

  Visited their walk in clinic where we were diagnosed and told to come to emergency. We waited 10 hours for them to only confirm what their walk in had found and then gave us options. This is one big ohip money grab. How can you make someone wait, do not give them any updates and then all you do is day " we confirmed what the walk in had found". This hospital should be a pit stop to a better one
