  The hotel interior is good. But the person with tag "night auditor" was nonsense. It was 12,and their water wending machine was not working. He asked me to go out and get from. Convince store. That means he don't have studied hospitality in college first. Second, he was not aware that hotel had 3 vending machines. So if you don't know what your hotel has, then how can you work there? Third, he was not aware how they wending machine works, I taught him at 12 am for how it work. Seriously this hotel higher people without proper interviews.

  Room was clean. Faint smell lingering still from when rooms allowed smoking. Pool was warm and never crowded. Great breakfast.

  Decent lodging, building is old but they do maintain it well considering but it does need a "facelift.". Uses an old heat and cold air exchanger system and the shower head is kind of nasty. But they do try and give you a decent breakfast where you can make waffles. And they give real butter! Overall the place is just dated and old, even though it is now a completely Mon smoking building, the old smell of smoke still lingers...

  We reserved 3 rooms. The front desk didn't charge the agreed rate until we asked to change it. Two of the rooms had already checked out at the higher rate. I got the impression that the reservation details were not known by the hotel. We had a pet with us in one room which they were unaware of at check in. The rooms were not the cleanest, the bed and sheets were nice and clean but the furniture had smears etc. The desk had a burn mark in it. The rooms had a musty smell to them, so much so that one of the rooms had to be changed. Would probably pay a little more to stay at a nicer hotel next time.

  The receptionists were so helpful and quick to provide for my needs for my stay. It was so great and would recommend for an affordable stay outside the city.
