  The customer service and staff members at the reception are disaster. They give you a misleading info on approximate wait time. Instead of spending 30 to 45 promised minutes, I had to spend about 3 hours there. The staff didn't provide me with any valid explanations as to why the wait time was unreasonably long. If you don't want to deal with unprofessionalism and absolute negligence, stay away from that clinic for the sake of your nerves.

  I'll keep try it short. Initially had to book 3 months in advance to see Dr. M Zaitlen. Got to the clinic and waited 30min before asking when I will be going in, got the run around and waited another 45 min before asking again why the long wait. Ended up waiting 2 hours before deciding to cancel my appointment, then was told I had to pay $50 to cancel my appointment. They said they didn't know I was waiting this long and why I didn't say anything? Really!! From there, one secretary went to ask the Dr when he would be able to fit me in. She came out and said I have to rebook which was 2 MONTHS OUT and would not have to pay the $50. Wow very unorganized clinic and the secretaries do not care about the patients as I heard multiple complaints while waiting a total 2.5 hours. Keep talking about what you will wear to the engagement party girls, us patients will wait while u sort out ur crisis.

  I am always very impressed with the level of professionalism, competence, courtesy and respect for patients. Very glad I became a patient here. The facilities are first class, fresh, clean, airy, neat, and waiting times have never been more than about 10 minutes.

  Front desk is a disaster as well as specialist I was dealing with . For a hospital appointment , I had to call hospital and clinic at least ten times. Lady at front desk doesn’t know what she is doing and continue asking me to check it with hospital .
