  Great clinic, and I love the gym they are in . They gave me a free 1 month membership there . ITs a great facility. I saw Daniel the physiotherapist and one of the massage therapist at the markham location. They were both great . The RMT got right into my deep low back pain muscles and the physiotherapist walked and taught me some movement things that really helped with my back mobility.

  First time here for a massage and it was very good! I highly recommend Johnny. Pressure was excellent. Will for sure return!

  Professional, knowledgeable, effective and kind. As an athlete, chiropractor Dr Jon Leung and massage therapist Jonny Lo both understood my unique needs and helped me be game day ready. They listened to me and provided treatments that were targeted and very effective. They are both friendly, personable and genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend them both.

  I have always had really good experiences at Form & function, the markham location. I recently saw Melisa the physiotherapist for my neck tightness and pain. Melisa did hands on treatment and took me to the gym inside to work on my athletic movements for my shoulder blades... the gym in there is huge,Its part of Unionville athletic club, pretty cool place. In the past I also got work done with my diet with the naturopathic doctor which was really good too. Hope that helps.

  I have been going to Form & Function seeing Dr. Feng to address lower back issues a few years ago. It was clear that my core at that time needed work and over time, my core strengthened and since then I haven't had any issues with my lower back. Continue to see him and others there to stay on top of things.
