  Mark and his staff are great. I have seen many physiotherapists in chiropractors in the past but Mark is great not only as a professional but takes the time to connect with you remembers your name and remembers The conversations you share. In recent visits they are noticeably busier but still connect with me on every visit. My only negative is how busy they are which speaks volumes about their service and how good they are at what they do but terrible for a patient as it means you would need to wait a little longer for treatment. But with that said well worth the wait.

  I did not like my treatments here. I felt it was very unpersonal and the physiotherapist I saw did not have much knowledge . I have seen a few other clinics in unionville that did much better hands on treatments . The machine was also not working very well when I was there and the tables were dirty. yuck

  Mark Tsai is the best medical professional I have ever been treated by, by far. His work, particularly dry needling, is phenomenal. He is so attentive to his patients and genuinely cares about their recovery. There needs to be more physiotherapists like Mark.

  Great place for pain relief. Friendly, helpful, encouraging. Pleasant place to be. Love they always do reminder calls.
