    It’s a nice place, food was great. The only thing that I am less satisfy is my chicken leg, I hope it could be less dry, because there are few parts of the skin area are so dry like jerky... maybe it’s just my personal preference.

    I usually would not complain, but the food was not up to Swiss Chalet standards. The chicken seemed tough and dry, my fries had a blue colouring to them (don't think the potatoes where ripe or something). The bun was good, but had to correct the server when she brought a whole gain bun instead of what I ordered. Also there was a $5 gift card added to our bill that we did not order nor receive (was removed as we caught it before paying). Server was barely attentive (and for the season the restaurant was fairly empty) and flustered when dealing with us.

    Truly our favourite restaurant. The food is always wholesome. Chicken is delicious. Service was fast and correct. Price is right! The owner, PJ, came over to our table and said hello! Very good choice!

    My chicken wasn't well done as I prefer. When I told them I like it well done the manager said she could put it in the grill. That is not what welm done means! Well done means the chicken had cooked a little longer on the rotisserie.

    Really bad service. Food was good. If you have lots of time and lots of patience then maybe you will be okay.
