  I received a gift certificate. The Shellac manicure and pedicure I chose were okay. They wouldn't do the French manicure as the only person who could do it wasn't in and it had to be pre-booked (I was never informed of this). Then my first choices of colours weren't available (the spa and polishes need updating). I had to file my own nails as the person was not understanding that I just wanted a round shape. The prices are a little expensive. I'll likely change this review upon speaking to the owner and receiving a satisfactory resolution. The hotel manager said he would take care of the parking ticket that I received upon leaving, although I did as advised and registered my plate with the spa and was assured by the spa and front desk that this was all that was required. I finally received an email from the owner and I have not yet received a satisfactory response. Also, the Shellac manicure easily peeled off within two weeks of the manicure.

  I had very professional service actually, people are very nice and gentle work there, I dont know why people upstairs gave their such a bad review, somehow, u never know what people would thinking..They were thinking everything they did is "right ", , they never thinking of their social behaviours . Thing happened for a reason, you will be treated like you treated to them

  I would not recommend this establishment. Sure, if you just need a quick 'rub down' in a fancy looking place be my guest. Massage did nothing more for me. Didn't target any of my trouble areas, ie stiff shoulders (what was the point then of filling out the form???) and did not go deep enough to treat any sore muscles , from wear and tear of everyday work life! I found a much better place to spend $100 and get to the core of the issue!

  Had an amazing massage and facial today. My therapist was very nice and considerate. Would definitely go to this spa if I were in Markham again.
