  I saw an items on sales and when I check out it was not the on sales price. So I ask why and the explain that the sales price is member only and is free to become a member. All they need is firstname, last name and your e-mail address. Very easy and I saved $20 on this transaction.

  Very Poor customer service from one of the managers from the store. We purchased puppy training basic, intermediate, and advanced in September. We only went to 3 classes because they would cancel on us 20 minutes before class with the excuse that the trainer became sick, another occasion was she had car troubles, and finally she quit. This happened for 3 weeks straight. Petsmart informed us that we had the option of either receiving a full refund or we could wait 2-3 weeks until they hire a new trainer. This conversation took place in November to which we are now in January of the new year with still no phone call regarding any updates. We decided to take the full refund instead and upon doing so, Trevor (one of the managers) stated that they would only refund the classes we missed out and that they were "doing us a favour for even refunding the money back" and looked upset and truly lacked professionalism. The other manager stated to us prior that we would receive a full refund however this manager felt strongly about not giving back OUR money. Through the back and forth between us (customers) and manager, they finally decided to give back OUR money. In the past we have never had a problem going to this PetSmart location and their service from the other employees have been much help; however management needs to improve their skills in customer service.

  Nice clean and friendly staff.. one issue I did have was fleas once when I purchased a dog bed from there..

  I love everything in this PetSmart location. Staffs are nice and patient, a very pet friendly place with well equipped poop stations. I love their groom service, especially Tiffany, she does a great job to my dog's look every single time!

  Staffs are friendly and a wonderful place to buy pets, pet food and other things. My favourite part about the store is the cats that are for adoption. The prices are reasonable, but one thing that I don't really like about the store is a smell when you walk right through the door.
