  Victoria is like one of the rudest travel consultant I have spoken with in ages at this location. Feels like going through the phone queue on Air Canada would be 100x better than speaking someone in real. Not only she has zero knowledge on the products, she pretty much tells me it's stupid and an idiotic idea to plan for a trip over Christmas (I have not even ask for any cheap packages, I know how much it would cost to travel over the holidays). While I asked for prices on European flights and hotels, she switched and only focused on the Caribbeans. And I'm pretty sure she has ZERO clue how Aeroplan status works, or perhaps she only knows about Westjet.

  I have been using the services of Breanne Wray at this location for almost three years. She is consistently helpful and knowledgeable with respect to both my business and personal travel. Her attitude and expertise have inspired my loyalty to the point where I don't even book minor travel without putting it through her. She once bailed me out of a last-minute emergency flight change without me having to worry or pay a cent in change fees.

  I was looking for a quote on a flight about 2 months ago. I left 30 minutes later with less information than i was able to get online in 5 minutes. I dropped in thinking a basic quote to Costa Rica on 2 specific dates would have been a fast process but I was wrong. My sales rep was looking at each of the airline codes, on a dos looking system and not really giving me any usefull info, I had to leave saying id get back to him.
