Beyond impressed with the service Wellington Veterinary Hospital offers my family with. Despite how busy they may be, Wellington always makes sure to fit in an appointment. The staff at Wellington is exceptional! I’ve phoned to ask minor questions multiple times and I never had to wait around for an answer. They are always following up with me and answering my questions at anytime! The moral at this clinic is what I love most, they always make you feel at ease after each visit!
Thank you Wellington for your outstanding service!

Took my kitten here, doctor was nice and the staff was but I ended up getting no answer after spending just under $300.

So then the Wellington veterinary hospital decided to offer me another free follow up if I really concern. (I'm thinking this happens as other clinic asked them to fax the medical records so they know I'm looking for somewhere else?) I refused. Why would i waste my time to come to this clinic again where I totally lost my trust and , sorry that i don't think they are competent.

No thanks, I'll be going to Brimley Lawrence animal clinic and paying $35 to see the vet for five minutes and get a booster/vaccine. No need to pay so much money unless it's an emergency.

Dr Cliff and the whole team at Wellington are the only people we trust with our animal family members.

I wish I reviewed the clinic before taking my dog for urgent care. I agree with other raters that they are all about money. Hard to say if the doctor is good - our case was infection-lab-prescription. But prescribing and selling ear solution (110 ml for $167) that sells everywhere else for (240 ml for $25) is a dirty trick in my opinion. Of course you would not go online to check the prices when you scared for your pet. Using the situation in such way is pretty disgusting. I'm sure there are good and honest veterinarians around.

A week after my last review: it turned out that my cat has oral cancer. He will only habe maybe at most few more weeks to live. So they totally misdiagnosed.

Until lately I was told by them that my cat has some dental problem (decreased appetite and drooling) and need some teeth extraction. After the procedure is done, a free follow up appointment was schedule 3 weeks after and my cat was still drooling and the gum was still red. I was just told by the assistant that it takes time to heal. So i was asking her that how long this drooling thing is going to last and when should i really concern? Then she started to give me this annoying look (she used to be very nice prior to this) and said that "But he (my cat) was drooling before too, no?". I mean, what the heck! As a vet assistance she didn't know that cat is not supposed to drool? And wasn't that why i brought him in and they convinced me to do the dental work? So without even get to see the Vet myself on my f/u appointment, the conclusion that I was given was "it takes time to heal"

Kittens need 4 booster shots, so $149 x4.

This clinic is all about the money , no compassion. Not the type of clinic I want to be associated with.

So i waited and things just got worse. I then brought him to another Vet and the other Vet noticed something unusual at his jaw line. Anyways I am hoping this new Vet at another clinic is good and help me save my cat who i treated as my baby for 11 yrs!

If your pet has real medical issue, please think twice before coming here.

First time talking to them they mentioned about their $1500 vet plan for one year.

The answer to my kitten question was food chicken allergies , the answer this clinic gave me was to put my kitten on strong meds for its whole life and to feed it theire special chicken formula food. They basically wanted to create a permanent customer from me. If I did what the doctor said (like %99 of ppl do) I would of been feeding my cat food he's allergic to while giving him meds to stop his symptoms.

They make you pay the same $99 fee just to see the vet for five minutes (same fee you pay to see the vet for 45 minutes on your first appointment).

I used to come here to bring my cat for annual exam and vaccinations just because it was very closed to my home. Staffs seems to be nice while they at the same time would recommend you to do testes that i think not that necessary. I remembered once that they try to sell me to buy a sterile container to get a poop sample. I mean, are you serious? Poop sampe is never sterile! But they always followed up on your pet after examination which i appreciated.
