  Love the variety they have here and overall store is clean and nicely renovated. Wish it was better laid out - I do find it difficult to navigate on my own. Home section is expensive but love the small decor pieces and textiles they have here - especially for gift ideas! Customer service is friendly but a little bit pushy with promotions and points cards.

  There is another manager, I believe his name is James, he's bald possibly with glasses and he has great customer service skills.

  Pretty good location, clean and quiet. One of the managers, Sue, could work on her customer service skills and knowledge about the return policy. I feel as if she tried to belittle me when I returned an item without a receipt that was defective. Previous to visiting this location, I called customer service to confirm I could do a return or even an exchange without a receipt and was told yes.

  Served its purpose. The book I wanted was there, so I bought it. Well stocked and nice cross merchandising throughout most of the store.
