  Great experience at this shop. I'm a return customer myself and will continue to service my BMW here. The team will go above and beyond to help you figure stuff our. Great attention to detail. It's hard to find a fair and honest group of people that work on cars, so these guys are a rare sight for sure.

  I've been taking my e92 328i to Paradigm since I got it. Paradigm has done great work and never tried to push unnecessary repairs on me. They tell me what is coming up by taking a look at the car and give me realistic time frames as to when I thing should reinspect certain components. I will continue to take my car here as long as the service remains how it's been so far. Leslie and the team ensure I can get my car serviced and back to me despite my work hours making things inconvenient compared to their shop hours.

  Had an amazing experience today at Paradigm. Leslie swapped out the spark plugs for me today in my Mercedes and the price was very reasonable. I shopped around several places and ended up going with Paradigm due to cost and quality of work.He took great care while working on my car and was very professional. I was amazed at the tools which he used during the install. Everything was torqued to spec. I definitely recommend Paradigm Auto.

  Excellent and fast service. I have been to Paradigm since 2016 for my 11' Audi A5". Since then they have been my repair center of choice for both regular maintenance and unexpected problems. Always a great experience with the staff, prices and repairs. I recommend them to family and friends all the time.

  I took my bmw 335xi to paradigm performance about a month ago for a major boost leak i was experiencing. All of the other shops i took it too told me that my turbos needed to be replaced because they thought they were shot but when i took it to paradigm, Leslie figured out through a smoke test that my valve cover was cracked and leaking boost from that. The same day he got me a new valve cover and installed it too. I was in the shop for approximately 6 hours with him, (mostly waiting for parts to arrive and also replacing some vacuum hoses), just asking questions and learning about the n54 platform and he explained everything to me while working on my car. Leslie taught me a lot about my car and he got everything done really quickly too. I highly recommend paradigm performance!
