  Great specialized store for computer geeks like me. More options pertaining to computers than the regular electronics store like Best Buy. The selection is the reason why I go here. Prices are also decent

  Prices are competitive for specific items. But overall, I would recommend to not order anything online. Customer service is not good. If you can buy from a more trusted seller like amazon or newegg I would recommend to do so.

  Very poor customer relationships. They mainly focus on Asian clientèle. The staff must learn how to greet people properly and stop behaving like robots :) also it would be more appealing if they stop posting the photos of shop lifters at the entrance let Police deal with them. It's quite ugly. Someone can feel like a thief if you face looks similar or from same ethnic group.

  However good electronics store. They have the advantage of non existent Future shop and Tiger Direct.

  Store has plenty of items. Better go there knowing what you need. I requested help on 3 different trips from 3 different assistants and they provided the wrong product or said they do not have it in stock but when I looked around carefully I was able to find what I needed. Im giving it a 3 star just because of la k of competence of the assistants

  One of the worst shops and services I have ever seen. Stay away at all costs. Unfriendly, unprofessional staff. From top to bottom all are awful and 0 customer relations. Would give no star but sadly google doesn’t have that option. They sold me a broken device and didn’t want to issue a refund. As other customers have wrote, their return and refund policy is abysmal. I had to file complaints and go for legal actions to get my money back for a broken device they sold me. Go for bestbuy or literally any other provider of you value your time and money.
