  Love the home grown/local community atmosphere of this place - but I do wish the store was a bit bigger. Again, can't say enough about how excellent their customer service is here. I highly recommend bringing your fur friends in sometime.

  Excellent customer service, location and product selection. I do find the store a little overstocked/crammed but it is a small store and that is to be expected. They have a self-serve dog wash station here that gets really busy on the weekends.

  The owner and all his staff are super friendly. The dog and I stop by sometimes on our way home from the dog park and it's always a great way to cap off a fun four pawed outing. They have a shampooing area in the back that is very usable and clean. They also sell all of my dog's favourite things; like beef tendons, bullwrinkles, salmon rolls... It's basically heaven for her. This store also sells raw food. My dog is about 70 lbs and she's always welcome inside.

  An update Feb 2018: tried the store again. Took my dog to get a wash. Omg! Mold in the bath area! Dirty! Gross towels. Oh, and what is worn that mini barrier that some babies could climb over? I've been to about a dozen pet valu s across the country... This is the worst!

  It's just okay. Large store. Overstocked. One of the staff was attentive. The rest were too busy being busy.

  I love these guys! They have fantastic customer service at every visit. They love my pup and my pup loves visiting too. The manager and the rest of the staff are very personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for all the tips and your patience with us as we learn more about our growing pup!

  Came here and walked out within 3 minutes. Staff was doing nothing in the store. Could not even be bothered to greet or say anything. Very poor training. Go to global pet foods across the street.
